Unbroken

Oscar, my wife is an avid supporter of yours… and through her I have come to understand your case and I too believe you. Together we support you, and we will continue to no matter what you face.

A few months ago I read a book called ‘Unbroken’. It’s about Louis Zamperini, the prodigious athlete who ran in the Berlin Olympics. Louis was driven to the limits of endurance when he was caught by the Japanese in WW2 and had to endure living in prisoner of war camps. His triumph over tragedy depended on the strength of his will. He went on to live well into his old age and finally carried the torch in the Olympics in his 80’s. This remarkable story reminds both my wife and I of you. We see your dignified manner through all that you’re enduring, and your strong will to survive.

We will be sending you this remarkable story.

Keep going Oscar. You’re an inspiration to so many.

Andrew

You’re A Wonderful Person

One of my favourite photos.

You’re a wonderful person Oscar, you’re kind, you’re gentle, and you have a good heart. You bring so much joy to the lives of those closest to you. You have also touched the lives of millions of people across the globe, with your kind and caring nature.

You can trust us supporters to stand by you, no matter what, we will never give up on you. All I ask, is that you don’t lose hope my friend, miracles happen all the time.

Love and blessings to you always.

A Raindrop In The Sun

My dear boy – my friend,

I saw a picture of you some weeks ago, you were visiting a market, of some kind. You were standing by yourself, at the moment the photo was taken and it was breaking my heart to see you that lonely. If I could reach out my arms through the picture and give you a big hug!

It fills me with so much despair, every time I think about, how cruel life has been treated you and I think it’s a miracle that you are still standing. I feel so helpless, because I can’t say or do anything that will make you feel better, or your life easier. I’m just keep on repeating myself and telling you that you are still loved (because YOU ARE) and stuff like that.

Words, words … you must be so tired of all my words by now. But this is the only way I can support you, so I’ll guess I just keep on sending you more words ……

You are in my thoughts and prayers – now and always. God bless you my son!

With much love
Ulla
