This is the current view for an inmate who is privileged to have a cell in one of the upper floors and hence can look over the wall of the prison where I volunteer. ( It is almost the same perspective because I had to take this picture on ground-level and outside prison – ban of cameras and mobile phones is a rule in prisons worldwide, I guess.)
This year is special because several farmers decided simultaneously to grow rapeseed on large, adjacent fields, so the bright yellow areas stretch far to the horizon. I like the view; it’s relaxing and lifts the mood.
I hope you can also enjoy a similar clear view on the landscape around you at times.
